Moulding Lengths
We try to pull as close as possible the order length amount. Most mouldings are run in lengths between 10 and 16'. If placing and order online for moulding and a specified length is required, please note the requirements in the notes field. Because of the long lengths, shipping cost for moulding will be quoted before order is processed.
Special Run Moulding
The most popular moulding profiles are kept instock in Poplar, Maple, Red Oak, Cherry and Alder. If a profile is desired and is considered a non-stock item, there will be a setup charge and a 4-5 day lead time. There will be a setup charge for each profile that is considered non-stock. Profiles considered non-stock are notated with an Asterisk (*) by the specie. If quantities of a profile are over $250.00 total charge then the setup charge will be waived.
Ordering Doors or Drawer Boxes
Door, drawerbox and MDF door orders are only available by filling out the corresponding order form and submitting them via fax or email to the Doorshop office. We hope to have this online soon.
SHIPMENTS THROUGHOUT THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A.
Most of our merchandise is shipped throughout North America via UPS and LTL(Less Than Trailer Load) freight carriers. Typical ground service to all parts of the continental USA is between 1 and 3 days in the Eastern States, 3 to 5 days in the Midwestern States, and 5-7 days to the West Coast.
AIR EXPRESS NEXT DAY/2 DAY/3 SELECT DELIVERY -
We have three options for express delivery, for orders received by 2:00PM - EST:
NEXT DAY AIR - delivers the following business day before 12:00PM.
2 DAY AIR EXPRESS - delivered in 2 business days.
3 DAY SELECT - delivered in 3 business days
SOME ITEMS REQUIRE TRUCK FREIGHT DELIVERY
Products that require truck motor freight shipment are too large to be shipped by UPS. Choose TBD (To Be Determined) as the shipping choice at checkout. Before your order is processed you will be contacted to verifiy all freight charges. All orders requiring Truck Freight must be pre-paid. Rates begin at $95.00 minimum depending upon weight. To reduce cost, freight should be shipped to a commercial location if possible. For residential deliveries, an additional $25.00 charge is required. If a liftgate is required there will be an additional $25.00 charge. For any questions please contact sales for freight charges to your area.
Items that are longer than 8' or heavier than 150 lbs and are not able to be shipped UPS, will be shipped common freight carrier. Prices for shipping freight will be determined and customer notified before any orders are submitted or payments processed.
Door, drawer boxes and range hoods ship freight in large quantity.
All orders for instock items will ship same day if orders placed by 2:00pm EDT.
Average freight cost for doors and drawerboxes is about $95.00 plus residential ($25.00) and liftgate charges ($20.00) if applicable.
